What items are returnable?
Only items purchased through Purse Schwag are eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Most items are returnable within 15-30 days of shipment delivery. New Bases have a 30 day warranty, Gently Loved Bases have a 15 day warranty and Used bases do not have a warranty. All other items have a 15 day warranty. All sales are final on Gently Loved and Pre-Owned items. Anything over these time periods can be exchanged.

What items are non-refundable?
Free gifts or promotional items. Exchangeable items. See exceptions below.

Are there any charges for return?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges on returned or exchanged items that do not fall under a manufacture defect. There is a restocking fee of $5.00 per an item or 20% of each item, if the cost of the item was less than $5.00, if returned without pre-approval.

EXCEPTIONS:

(1) Any problems (damaged goods, shortages or returns) must be reported within 15 days of receipt. You have 15 days to return an item(s) for manufacture defects or damage. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund, only exchanges within 30 days .

(2) Bases have a 30 day warranty.

Only items purchased through www.PurseSchwag.com or .net are eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return we require either a receipt, proof of purchase or an Order Number.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

(1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
(2) Any item that is approved for return more than 15 days after delivery.

EXCHANGES (if applicable):

We will always replace item(s) in the rare event that there is a manufacture defect or damage. If you would like to exchange an item, where no defect is present, it can only be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. We will invoice you for the difference. Upon payment and receipt of the exchanged item, we will then ship your new items to you for a flat shipping fee of $7.00 for US residents and $35 International. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us first at (559) HAND-BAG or at PurseSchwag@gmail.com to ensure we have your item in stock.

If you are shipping an item back to us that is over $50, we urge you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

PURSE SCHWAG IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS THAT ARE STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY IS CONFIRMED TO THE RECIPIENTS SHIPPING ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT. ALL RECIPIENTS ARE GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER AT THE TIME OF SHIPPING, THROUGH EMAIL. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE INSURANCE OR REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR ORDERS OVER $50.00.
